The advances in the church steeple,
arrives in the idente mission of Cameroon of our brother Fr. José Manuel Ballesteros from Loja (Ecuador) and the different pastoral activities of the parish are the interesting news that Fr. Efrén Blanco, idente missionary, tells us in his monthly letter.
Dear friends and benefactors: After two months full of graces and blessings, both here in Cameroon and in other parts of the world, we tell you the news of July and August.
In our construction of the new church in Soa, we have reached the top floor of the bell tower. Then will come the roof.
As is becoming a tradition, the pilgrimage from Soa to the Marial Shrine of Etudi was celebrated on August 10, on the occasion of the feast of Our Lady of the Assumption, on August 15, with about 70 students.
On August 15, 23 people were consecrated to Mary, counting our two parishes of Soa and the Holy Family.
José Manuel Ballesteros, who comes to reinforce our mission, visits the works for the first time.
On August 28th, the anniversary of the birth of Fernando Rielo, founder of our Institution, we had a meeting of all the missionaries.
Likewise, during these days, the closing of the summer activities in Idente Youth took place.
